		<description>I have been practising yoga for the last 22 years and more of pranayamam for the last two years.I keep verifying the glucose level to see the impact of pranayamam.I found that pranayamam with food like jowar and oats bring the glucose level to normal.</description>

In the link  for the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, http://www.sacred-texts.com/hin/hyp/hyp04.htm,
it seems that the text in Devanagari is inaccurate.  For example,  it says &#039;chhale vaatam&#039; not &#039;chale vaatam&#039; (in Devanagari it is wrong, although in English script it does say &#039;chale&#039;).  Since in Sanskrit/Hindi, &#039;ch&#039; and &#039;chh&#039; are different letters, it can change the meaning totally.
